I have just installed EP and downloade my catalog well. When I added a product to the catalog to see if it would work (I copied and pasted the product above on the database)

I went to split the file (I have 403 products) and here is the message I received:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(/home/kobux73/public_html/game//catalog/temp/EP2004Apr10-2008 kk.txt): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/kobux73/public_html/game/admin/easypopulate_functions.php on line 32

You can download your split files in the Tools/Files under /catalog/temp/

I haven't editted anything unless told to (and told what to say) in the manual.

Pleas help, thanks.

Problem overcome.

New problem :s

When I split the files, and uplaoded the first heres what came up:

Filename: EP_Split1.txt

| 000NOIMAGE | Dr Muto | | | 19 | 180 | | 06/04/2004 | 4 | 5 | Version | | Xbox | | | --none-- | Active | !New Product!

19dragons lair 3d.jpg... ERROR! - Too many characters in the model number.

12 is the maximum on a standard OSC install.

Your maximum product_model length is set to 15

You can either shorten your model numbers or increase the size of the field in the database.

As said before, I have already created this catalog by hand using the normal preview -> insert method so why doesn't it let me use the same catalog?

Whats the maxium product_model length? If I knew what the model numbers where or how I can shorten them I would. Can any help?

Thanks
