I am running Windows XP with "xxamp" (Apache, PHP & MySql).

I am doing this to evaluate OSCommerce.

 

When I go to http://localhost/catalog/ on the entry page I get this error

 

"Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: C:/Web/Php_Mysql_Apace_installer/xampp/htdocs/catalog/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file."

 

I went to the properties of this file and changed it to "Read Only"

This did not fix the problem.

 

I went to the properties of this file again and under security changed the properties

from "Full Control" to "Read" and "Read and Execute" This did not fix the problem either.

 

Any Ideas on what is wrong???
