matpal Posted April 9, 2004 Posted April 9, 2004 I have a nice large banner on my site that states I do not ship internationally, but for some reason, peopel keep placing orders. Is there an easy fix to keep the international folks from making an order? I am using USPS as the only shipping method.

Remove all the countries you do not want to deliver to from the the site then customers from outside your delivery area will not be able to put in their address. You can also put a little blurb about it on the creat an account page above or below where they put in their address just to make sure they get it. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing.
