I need to add in my shipping meth. fedex 2nd day shipping, overnight, Hawaii, Alaska & Canada (4-6 business days) (Air Mail) and International - (6-10 business days) (Global Priority Mail or Airmail)

How can I do this?

How can I eliminate, at check out, in "Your Contact Information" the required file of telephone #. I don't want a tel. # to be required only optional
