adding different kinds of shipping options

I have a store that sells power eqipments like lawn mowers ect... for now, i have a flat shipping charge (that is free now),which is for ground shipping. i want the same product to be shipped overnight and 2nd air via fedex. i want that option to be available when user is checking out.

 

now if we cant get real time info from fedex using zipcodes and weights of the product, which way is better.

 

please also tell me how to add those extra shipping types option for each page and display them at checkout.
