Pending Orders

I am new to OS so this might be a simple question. When I log into my admin it shows I have 4 orders pending, when I click on the link to go and process them it says "0" orders. Yet on the email link that the customer gets to check status it says pending and I want to be able to show processed once I have shipped it.

This function is available in the admin not being critical before you start posting take some time to get to know her she won't bite (normally)
