Questions on how to edit browser top bar & tabs

When the pages on my site www.kiyoshis.com load each page you go to has a header on the browser bar such as:

Welcome to Kiyoshi's Motorsports:

and

New Products:

 

What file do I edit to change the 'New Products:' to something else? and how do I add something AFTER the : ? Your help would be appreciated.

 

Also how do I edit the link tbas in my main page:

I have followed the contribution to edit those and add about_us where reviews go, but then my main page loaded blank because I must have done something wrong.

Please advise, thank you.

If you get a blank white page, this is norm' caused by missing either a { or a } somewhere in a clause statement.....I know I have done it myself.....mostly by forgetting to put a } at the end of a clause......which makes the php enu' get stuck

or you could be missing a ; at the end of a command......this will also result in a blank page....or sometimes a TEP_ERROR
