Basic problems

I'm sure these are basic topics covered all the time, but as I'm still in my infancy of being a store owner, I'm not yet up to speed, so please bear with me.

Firstly, recently when I log onto my site, the font size displaying the various categories down the left hand side, has changed to being so small it's almost illegible. If I go into View/Text Size, I can reset this to Medium, but why has it changed in the first place, and why doesn't my browser remember this setting?

Secondly, when you are creating an account, how can I get the Post Code section to appear below the city section?

Has anyone answered this issue yet? I too would like to know how to get the Zip Code box to appear below the City and State boxes. This throws many people off because every other online store first asks for city, state, and lastly zip code.

 

Any help here would be appreciated.
