Order Confirmation emails

I just got an order from my store and I got copied on the email and this was the subject of the email.

 

EMAIL_FAIL_TEXT_SUBJECT

 

I'm not even sure the customer got a confirmation or not. I'm gonig to have to manually mail this out just to make sure. How can I correct this error? Please help me.

Has anyone ever seen this? I'm sure its not that hard. I looking in the code but can't find exactly where to change it.

I searcjed for the string "EMAIL_FAIL" and couldn't find it, maybe you have some contributions ??

 

I did find line 13 of /includes/languages/english.checkout_process.php

 

 13  define('EMAIL_TEXT_SUBJECT', 'Order Process');

Can someone please assist me.

 

Emails are not being sent to me on orders. The customer gets his/her copy but one never gets sent to the admin.

 

Any suggestions?

I do have the admin login with Levels contribution added. However, I just turned off logging in the admin. It was send emails on Login failed. I turned it off and now it works. Not sure what it did though.
