losing products from Basket

Hi

 

I have added a graphical navigation bar in header.php - however I am not sure what links I should be using in my categories - I copied the http links that are in the categories box - however when I add products and use the nav bar I lose everything out of the "my Basket"

 

Something to do with osCsid ??
