Guest Posted April 6, 2004 Posted April 6, 2004 Hi, Can anyone tell me how I can transfer my store from my localhost on my computer onto my server. Do I need to install a version of the catalog on the server and overwrite this with my new files? There are no files on my server as of yet, and need to know the best and quickest ways to go about it. Cheers, Jonny
241 Posted April 6, 2004 Posted April 6, 2004 Ftp the files to the server and change the paths in the two configure.php files to reflect the paths on the server. take the database backup that you made... you did make one didn't you. use phpMyAdmin to create and upload the sql No longer giving free advice.
