Help! New Installation

hi, im new to oscomm, and just tried to install it using the auto method, i'm getting the following errors though, even though it says configuration successful, there are still supplied argument is not a valid stream resource errors

The configuration was successful!

 

That's my error messages, any help to config PHP 4.3.5 will be appreciated, oh, I'm testing it on Microsoft IIS 5.1 server locally, not Apache, Will IIS work, or do I need to Use Apache Specifically? Thanks -KingMidas

sounds like a permissions issue on c:/inetpub/wwwroot/edzpark/catalog/includes/configure.php . Is the file marked RW?
