Text not displaying correctly

Hi.

I've spent the last 2 days trying to fix the text on my site. The text is being shown as follows:

HEADER_TITLE_TOP ? HEADER_TITLE_CATALOG ? Login HEADER_TITLE_MY_ACCOUNT | HEADER_TITLE_CART_CONTENTS | HEADER_TITLE_CHECKOUT.

 

It is not just happening in the header but in the boxes, returning customer, most places.

The text was fine before. So it must just be a single command as I have not been replacing/altering loads of files.

 

Please could someone help before I throw my PC out the window.

Are the language files (e.g. includes/languages/english.php) in the right place, and named correctly?

Yeh. Afraid so.

I've checked their content aswell against an old version of the site and they all seem fine. :(
