Gift Card functionality??

Hello! I need help with creating a gift card contribution, or at least some way to incorporate this into my oscommerce cart.

 

My customer would like to have in her cart a way for when people are checking out to check a box if they want a gift card and to have a text box to put the info in. Or just a text box to put the info in and not even a check box.

 

Does anyone have any ideas to help me?

yeah - make it a product option - set it up in admin.
