Quantity Discount for one item

Searched and found several contributions and basically got very confused as to which will do what I need.

 

Simply put I'm looking for a solution to the following:

 

If the quantity is 3 or greater I want to give a $5 discount per unit ($5 x 3 = $15 ...). This is for one product only.

I was wondering if you found a contribution for this that works?

 

I have a heavily modded store and can only find price break contribution but its REALLY hard to integrate it on a modded store.
