How can I integrate this?

Hi There,

I'm coming up with a new design for our online shop, and using Simple Template System I've been able to integrate everything fine so far. Only one thing I'm having trouble with; integrating a search box where I want to. Please see the image below, highlighted in green, how I want to integrate the search box/function:

 

Could anybody tell me how I can corectly integrate it to look like this? Or is it impossible? My knowledge isn't *tooo* advanced so I'm looking for ideas and help :)
