upload question

I have a question where I shuld upload my catalog folder, when I signed up for hosting I got this:

 

FTP directory for file upload

 

HTML files /var/www/html

Binary CGI files /var/www/cgi-bin

Perl files /var/www/perl

 

Which one of these directoryies I need to upload the catalog, please help.

This is your home directory

And if you want your store to be http://www.yourdomain.com and not http://www.yourdomain.com /catalog, upload the content of catalog folder not the catalog folder itself.
