OSAffiliate. Mine isn't working!

I installed OSCAffiliate the other day, but it doesn't seem to be working properly.

 

 

Firstly, I signed up a "dummy" affiliate account.

I got the welcome email, my ID number etc.

Then I made a test purchase using an affiliate link, but the purchase didn't show up in my dummy account. (even after I'd set it to "delivered.")

 

 

Therefore, I started again and installed everything again...

 

 

But now, when I sign up for a dummy account, I get the welcome email with my username and password, ....

 

....but the affiliate ID is blank.

 

i.e.

 

Your Affiliate ID is:

 

 

Then I check my store admin area and my dummy account isn't shown in the Affiliates section.

 

 

Pleeeeeez help.

It seems like my database isn't working properly.
