Mayday! Orders and adresses missing!

Can see all new customers in Admin.

Cant see their orders. But the made some.

But if I type an order no in top of orders, I can see this order!

But no name and adress in it!

Customers cant follow up their orders.

In the mail I get, I can see what is ordered but not to whom I shall send it to.

No name and adress.

 

I?m kind of jumpy now, as I just opened the shop.

 

Anyone keen on helping me out.

I?m a total newbie on this.

sometimes, in my orders, there is a "ship to" address, but no customer address or billing address. Other times, there is a "bill to" address but no customer address or shipping address.

 

I have always been able to see at least *one* address in the order, though.

 

I haven't looked at it thorougly, but I'm not clear on which, if any, of the address fields are actually required.
