install ok but no catalog or admin

hi, installed went ok but this is not catalog or admin pages whats wrong?

Hi, did you recieve any error messages, especially in Step 7 of the install?

If you need to go through the install again, uncheck the database install.

all goes well in the confg stages but when get to , goto admin or goto catalog jst get a blank screen ,

 

any one esle had this one?
