Rather odd formatting problem..

Hi, whenever the home page loads up, the boxes along the left are always strange sizes, however upon clicking refresh it's fine! Any ideas why this is?

I've looked through a few of the .php files and re-uploaded them, but still can't find the error. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Sorry to keep topping the thread, it's just this is a rather annoying problem and the person I set-up the store for isn't too happy!
