The e-commerce.

links missing "www"

Not such a big deal really, but all my links in the catalog resolve to http://domain.com instead of http://www.domain.com. It is fine in the Admin section though. Kinda messes with my stats. Anyone know where to fix this? Is it something I can fix, since my host "activated" this shopping cart? TIA

... and now for my next trick...

OK- ran a test...

Changed define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.domain.com'); to define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.domain2.com'); and no change to the links. It left the old domain location. There must be another place that I need to look...

As already suggested above by 241, are you looking at both configure.php files and editing them?

If you are only editing the one in /catalog/admin/includes/ (or /admin/includes/) then you need to take a look at the one in /catalog/includes/ (or /includes/)

As that is the one that defines the path for the website.

The /admin/includes/configure.php just defines it for the administration control panel.

That's the weird thing, it is identical in both config files. As follows:

define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.adomain.com'); // eg, http://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers

define('HTTPS_SERVER', ''); // eg, https://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers

define('ENABLE_SSL', false); // secure webserver for checkout procedure?

define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'http://www.domain.com');

define('HTTPS_COOKIE_DOMAIN', '');

define('HTTP_COOKIE_PATH', '/catalog/');

define('HTTPS_COOKIE_PATH', '');

define('DIR_WS_HTTP_CATALOG', '/catalog/');

define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/catalog/');

define('DIR_WS_IMAGES', 'images/');

define('DIR_WS_ICONS', DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'icons/');

define('DIR_WS_INCLUDES', 'includes/');

define('DIR_WS_BOXES', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'boxes/');

define('DIR_WS_FUNCTIONS', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'functions/');

define('DIR_WS_CLASSES', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'classes/');

define('DIR_WS_MODULES', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'modules/');

define('DIR_WS_LANGUAGES', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'languages/');

define('DIR_WS_DOWNLOAD_PUBLIC', 'pub/');

define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', dirname($HTTP_SERVER_VARS['SCRIPT_FILENAME']));

define('DIR_FS_DOWNLOAD', DIR_FS_CATALOG . 'download/');

define('DIR_FS_DOWNLOAD_PUBLIC', DIR_FS_CATALOG . 'pub/');

??

change this line

define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'http://www.domain.com');

to this

define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'www.domain.com');

and if you can I would change this line to an absolute path

define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', dirname($HTTP_SERVER_VARS['SCRIPT_FILENAME']));

and also change the DIR_FS paths in the admin/includes/configure.php to absolute paths as well

Well- I gave it a shot. Still no luck. Appreciate the help, though. :)

I am having troubles setting up LinkPoint Fullpay now, so I feel that takes precedence. I am learning to HATE LinkPoint...

Sorry if I sound stupid but what is CVS?

My installation came with my hosting plan. When I was trying to set up my SSL I found that I had to make additional changes in the local/configure.php since if SSL was set to false there it overrides what was in the other config files.
