Guest Posted March 29, 2004 Share Posted March 29, 2004 I have a merchant that wants me to add a credit card selection to his cart so that users can choose visa, MC, Amex, etc... He's using Authorize.net and has been for over a year without this feature. I have always assumed that Authorize.net can tell what card it is from the #. So, my questions for anyone who may have some insight and is willing to share their knowledge... 1. Does Authorize.net even need this info? 2. Will Authorize.net allow you to pass in this info? 3. If yes, is there a contribution that will allow this option? (I couldn't find one) Assuming Authorize.net doesn't need the info, but could accpet the info... 4.
