I have been looking through the Contributions and didn't see exactly what I was looking for. What I need is: 1. Allow free shipping over a certain $ value, but under $ value use USPS rates. 2. Always require a USPS delivery confirmation with associated fee on all orders. 3. Figure out why I am getting an error (at checkout) with my valid USPS logon/password.
