Selecting products and checkout from a web page

Hello,

 

I have been using osC for over a year now, and I love it...but recently I have tried to create a web page that allows a user to configure a very complex product. In the page I tell them to click on an image for the option they want, which takes them to the web page where they click ADD TO CART for the product, then they hit 'back' and select the next option and so forth (up to a dozen times). Then they click the "ALL DONE" button at the bottom and it links them to checkout.

 

Is there any way I can "EASILY" put an add to cart button on the web page, and 'pass' information to osC to add it to the cart, then refer them to the checkout?

 

Suggestions?? Anyone already doing this??
