Major Modification to default product_listing

Hey people,

I've been asked to change the product_listing page from it's current format. The site I'm making is selling videos and each video has 3-4 different formats, but the same picture on the cover.

 

I've worked the site so that each video is in it's own category and the products displayed within the category are the videos in the different formats but because the picture is the same they want the product_listing to look like this.

 

Video Name (supplied by the category name - already done)

My main problem is understanding product_listing and it's interactions with other files.

 

What I'd like is a list of the files that I'll probably have to modify, brilliant ideas for easy solutions or a link to a contribution that's pretty close to this formatt.
