clsupnorth Posted March 26, 2004 Share Posted March 26, 2004 I've been having a major problem with 2 checkout's payment module since late january. I didn't make any changes to my OSC script around that time, so I assumed that it was on the 2CO side. Now I'm not so sure. When a customer goes to checkout on my site, they are sent to 2CO to finish the transaction. Everything there completes great. But then when they click "Finish Order" on the 2CO server, they get returned to my checkout_success.php page - but NONE of the 2CO parameters have returned with them. OSC does not update their account to show that an order has been placed, and all the items are still in their shopping carts. And yet, they just paid me money! I've tried to get help from 2CO, and as far as they can see, all the parameters are attached on their side when the customer clicks the "Finish Order" button on their server. This is their response: Can you think of any reason why your script would not accept the parameters? Is it looking for specifically get or post parameters? I hate to put this back on you, but I included the source form of the button I pushed, there is no way they were not sent. Is it popssible you're looking for some particular parameter which you do not see in the source code above? I don't know where to find the information to answer their question - can anyone help me with this, or perhaps someone else has experienced this problem?
