kinomuto Posted March 26, 2004 Share Posted March 26, 2004 Hi all, I installed the mod information unlimited - yes I know it would have been easier to have just linked pages but the client wanted to make them themselves ;) - I started to have problems with this one - it had delted the other entries in there (conditions, contact etc) and replaced them with BOX_FAQ. So I got the infopages mod and installed that - well it's all fine now, got the info box with the usual info in it and a box under it 'infopages'. However when I add anything from the back end control in admin the entry is duplicated into both the information box and the infobox. Also the information, entered in the description part of the infobox controller, does not appear on the page. It is in the DB under the infopages table but is not appearing on screen. Anyone got any ideas or hints as to where I should be looking to correct this - or had the same problem? Thx, Kino Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When I add an entry into the back end admin for infopages it makes a duel entry in both. I have done this now so you can see - with the infopage 'future products'. spou Posted April 23, 2004 Share Posted April 23, 2004 you got this problem because you have installed BOTH the infopage file, and the NEW information file. restore the old information file, and it should be ok. that way, you can either have you new pages into the old information page, OR in the new infopage box. installing both file make the title appears in both places, which is kind of logic...
