What's happening is she has various pics of varied dimensions. some are twice as tall as they are wide, some are the same height and width. The problem is that you have to specify how tall and wide you want your thumbnails and this won't work. Any suggestions??? For example thumbnail (small pic) size is set to 80 x 100 pixels, so they will come out ok as long as the pictures are all 80% as wide as they are tall.
