email not sent to localhost, but sent to others

OK, this time I can't find a report quite like this one:

 

OsC will not send emails to my own domain, it will send emails to my yahoo mail.

 

myPhp has the following set:

 

sendmail_from no value no value

sendmail_path /usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i /usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i

serialize_precision 100 100

short_open_tag On On

SMTP localhost localhost

smtp_port 25 25

 

and more:

Server OS: Linux 2.4.25-1-grsec

not sure what and where the appropriate OsC settings may be that could be of more use.
