crazymonkey Posted March 22, 2004 Posted March 22, 2004 My Web Host have changed the IP Address of the server containing my SQL database with no notice. Now I get an error when I connect to my website. I cant get to the admin section to try to change the config to the new IP address. How do I change the IP where OSC looks for my database without using the admin section.. Please help!! CM :(
241 Posted March 22, 2004 Posted March 22, 2004 You would need to be able to connect to the server using an ftp program such as ws_ftp download the admin and catalog includes/configure.php files edit them offline to reflect the database changes then upload the two files using ftp and reset the permissions for the two files No longer giving free advice.
