manufacturers in pop up window

Hi all

 

I have created pop up window just like My Assistent in this forum and

put it the drop down manufacturers menu and other links as below.

 

But when I execute the link, the page open on the small pop up window.

my question is: how do I make it make in the same way as it works in this forum?
