This is what I want it to do: For ALL orders shipped within the Contenental USA (regardless of quantity or cost) I want to have a flat fee shipping rate of $9.95. For orders shipped to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses I want to charge 25% of the order total with a minimum shipping and handling fee of $14.95. If you have, the Flat Rate shipping module (included with standard osC) will cater for your first req't. It allows you to select which Shipping Zone is allowed to use flat rate shipping. The second part of your request should be able to be implemented using the Table Rate shipping module (also included with standard osC install). It allows for handling fees, and shipping rates based on price (or weight). The only drawback with this module is that you have to set the price breaks yourself. eg. 100:25,200:50,300:75 This would mean an order up to $100 would be charged $25 shipping, $200 would be charged $50 and so on. This also means that someone buying something at $50 would be charged $25 shipping (50%). There are other shipping modules as addons available, check the contributions out.
