Guest
OK, I've asked this before, got replies, did what I was told, tested it, but it didn't work. :( I'm trying to enable the Download Purchase feature for my store. I sell CDs on my site and I also want to introduce song download purchases. (like iTunes for example) OK, this is what I've done so far.... 1) I put the files in my /download folder. 2) I filled in the roduct attributes aill the file info, days of expiry, etc. 3) I did a "test" purchase. 4) Nothing happened. :( I was told that the link to the download would be in My Acount in the Order History section. All it shows is what I've ordered.....no link. Was I supposed to put the WHOLE location of the file in the product atributes? All I put was TESTFILE.zip Also, in the product attributes, I see that VALUE PRICE displays 0.00 even though the product is ?1.00 Am I supposed to put the price in that section?? OK, awaiting response. :) Mike.
Guest
it all depends how you setup payment. if no payment has been authorized, then the default is to not let the product download. go into the admin and update the order status to 'delivered' and then go back to the catalog and 'my account' and see what happens. Guest
I have three authorised payments. PayPal, NOCHEX and cheque/money order. I know the cheque payment requires u to update the order to "delivered." Tried that. Still nothing showing up in order history.
