Adding Fax number to Orders.php and mail sent

Hi everyone,

I'm currently using OSC and i'd like to have the "fax" number to be visible just below the admin/orders.php module and in the mail sent to the merchant (i have the extra mail sent to me, the shop owner).I tried to "mod" a little the modules so i think i have to add a new table under orders called CUSTOMERS_FAX but then i havent' understood how to link that table and make that output the value inside the orders and inside the email sent.
