Guest Posted March 18, 2004 Share Posted March 18, 2004 I turned UPS off for Canada by setting UPS's zone to "united states" it turns UPS off for everywhere. Sounds simple enough This happens with any shipping module I have, if I set it for a specific zone it doesnt show up anywhere!! I got the USPS and UPS methods module installed and it made no change! please help me fix, I am gonna throw up, this osc is confusing. Im sure its something I am doing since no one else complains about it. is there a secret option somewhere?? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Posted March 18, 2004 Share Posted March 18, 2004 Shipping ZoneIf a zone is selected, only enable this shipping method for that zone. this is from my ups shipping module, when I select "united states" from the drop down menu the shipping module doesnt show up for any ZONE.. now I am pretty sure it aint me. I searched and searched and found nothing. I have several addresses in my address book for my test account, I change it and it makes no difference other than the options given, say for UPS when its on or USPS. I go into Locations/Taxes under that I have 2 directories Locations/taxes>Pennsylvania Locations/taxes>united states under pennsylvania I had another zone, but under USA I didnt have anything so I added one "united states and all zones" Hoping this fixes it, thanks alot!
