jstvnson Posted March 15, 2004 Share Posted March 15, 2004 We use Flat rate UPS charges and everything has been working great until we recieved an order from Hawaii. Hawaii, Alaska and PR will not allow UPS Ground, nor 3 Day Select. How is it possible to look for the State and say what is available and what is not? We have been able to say what is available by country.
