quetzlcoatl Posted March 15, 2004 Share Posted March 15, 2004 Hey all, I am having a very odd problem with oscommerce and sending a new password. Everything worked fine until just recently, I just can't figure out what is causing this: A customer forgets their password, so they go to password_forgotten.php, enter their email address, and click the continue button. All seems fine after that until they receive the new password email. In this email, the password is blank! And, of course, the password is encrypted in the database so there is no way to know what it changed to. Since then, I installed the Master Password contribution so I can regain access to the accounts, but that can't be a permanent solution. Does anyone know why this may be occuring?
