checkout_confirmation.php error

Hello!

I tried to add a shipping mod, and now I get this error when I'm checking out, on the checkout_confirmation.php page:

Warning: htmlspecialchars() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home/scrappin/public_html/cart/includes/functions/general.php on line 42

Anyone have any idea what I've done to get this? And what I can do to fix this?

Keep in mind I'm new to all this, talk to me like I'm stupid. LOL

Warmly,

Amy

You have some sort of syntax error in either one of the new files you uploaded or you made a cut and paste error in one of the files you edited for the contribution.

My advice, restore your original files and test. Then, reinstall the contribution making sure that all code is properly integrated.

KEEP IN MIND THAT NOT ALL CONTRIBUTIONS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THE LATEST VERSION OF OSCms2.2. Read the contrib info to see if it says it ms2.2 compliant. When in doubt...

You did make backup copies BEFORE you edited your code...didn't you?

Hi again Paul!

Yes, I have backups. :) The error occured after installing a shipping mod - I'll start with replacing the original files in there.

If something goes wrong, and I click the file restore button, what exactly happens? Does it take everything back to how it was when I did the backup? Or what exactly does it restore?

Thanks again!

Warmly,

Amy
