Hi everyone,

I have just invested in this payment system for our website, i downloaded and printed the form off that i needed to take to the bank to get them to stamp it etc etc so we can finalise the purchase so we can start using it.

I want to know if anyone else has had problems getting the uk banks to sign this form? Im being told it has to get sent to ehad office becuase they dont know if they can sign it or not. I have gone with the HSBC for business account.

Anyone else had problems with this?

I am with Natwest who are part of the same group as worldpay and they wouldn't sign the form.

I didn't have to have it signed by a bank in the end - tell Worldpay the problems you are having.

Tel. +44 (0)870 742 7002

Fax: +44 (0)870 742 7009

All Natwest did for me in the end was certify a copy of my id which worldpay wanted.

Well, I'm with Abbey National (free business banking forever under certain transaction limits - ALL electronic transfers are free) and they signed it no probs.

I was with the Natwest and they signed it no problem. I moved banks this week to the HSBC and explained to them why I needed it stamped and again, no problem. I guess it depends on who you speak to at the bank. At the end of the day, the form is only to verify that you are a customer of that bank, nothing else, so I don't see why they wouldn't/shouldn't stamp and sign it.

with a pic like that Dee - let me know when you are going and I'll meet you there... ;)

Well, unless she's a clone of Sarah Michelle Gellar - I somehow suspect that isn't a picture of Dee . . .

If it is, hell, I'll be there too. And I'm a girl . . .
