Guest
I didn't install OSCommerce myself, nor is it on my own server. It was set up for me, and I access remotely. Anyway. I can't figure out where my products are stored. I managed to do a database backup, and then downloaded to my own computer ... and voila! There they were! But that's just the *backup* file. Where is the database itself? I downloaded (via ftp) my whole site (I'm pretty sure it was the whole thing), and I did a "Windows find" for some key words, and didn't find them. Where's my stuff?! <_< I'd appreciate some help with this. Thanks.
♥yesudo
you can access it via phpmyadmin - ask your host for details if you do not have them. Your online success is Paramount.
AWWWW.WAHWAH
Well depending on what kind of host you have. If you have a host account that is shared with others along with your SQL then you may not have access to it via FTP but only by doing a backup and downloading it into your computer. You may also do this via phpMyAdmin if your host provides it as an included feature to your host package.
