Send orders to a Fax machine

This is not a plug for any service, just a very simple solution.

 

If you want order confirmations sent to a fax machine, get an account with a service like faxaway.com, then go to Configuration, My Store, Send Extra Order Emails To, and add "Fax <[email protected]>", with the number replaced by your fax number. :rolleyes:

 

You can send orders to multiple fax machines, email addresses, etc ...

You can also send information to your cellphone as a text message. Set that email to [email protected]. I know it works with Sprint, I've heard that Verizon and Cingular work as well.

Heres a list of all the cellphone companies and what formula to use when sending a text message. Be sure to check, as many companies dont support it in a certain area (Like mine :angry: )
