Guest Posted March 11, 2004 Posted March 11, 2004 Hi :D I have installed ocCommerce without setting SSL and everythnig works just fine. Now I wish to activate SSL, so set the SSL on my domain CP ... this gives me the following output : Status: Active SSL URL: https://www.2ssl.net/mydomain-com SSL Physical Path: d:\Domains\mydomain.com\SSL Obviously I am on shared domain & have shared SSL .... but what do I have to configure to use SSL ... also will looking at the above the physical path points to a SSL directory .... does this mean I am required to reinstall osCommerce to that directory too ?

I can copy the complete base directory catalog to the SSL directory, but does this mean that every time I edit the contents of base directory catalog I have to mirror this to the SSL directory catalog as well ??? There must be an answer to this - or am I doomed because I only have a shared SSL ???

Im suprised I didn't even get a 'go RTFM' or 'Sorry cant help you' - simply nothing :( I shall not return .. I found better support elsewhere :(
