3psilon Posted March 11, 2004 Share Posted March 11, 2004 I need to add a selection box to my checkout_shipping.php page. This selection box needs to let someone choose one of a number of options, only one can be selected. Their choice needs to carry through and be submitted with their order as a comment or such. All of my orders are sent out to me via email, so if their choice could be added to this email that is sent that would be ideal. Help please!!
