It must have the ability to allow the user to purchase a membership level. Based upon the level they choose, the prices for the products will differ. The higher the level of membership, the cheaper the prices. Also, they will need to access a secure download area to watch - not download - a streaming video. Depending on the membership level they will either have a 1 time access to the video, or access to all videos for a year. This is not pr0n by the way, these are training videos. Damn if it was p0rn you would get tons of people offering to help ;) In answer to your question, anything is possible with osCommerce :) however the functionality you require is not available in the standard code, some of what you need has been contributed but you will also need to do some coding yourself for the streaming media part.
