Which SSL?

Hey Guys,

I'm a complete newb at this so please bear with me. I searched around the site looking for my answers but found nothing.

OsCommerce is up and running great. :D But, I did not install an SSL and now I am getting ready to go live and need to install one. I will be processing all transactions by hand so I just want OsCommerce to collect the required info. Who should I purchase my SSL from? Or will it depend on my host? and will the SSL protect the /admin/ section aswell?

Also, to implement the SSL all I have to do is change the config file? correct?

Thanks in advance,

Nick

Where to purchase your SSL from isn'ta topic we're allowed to discuss here. Just to let you know, though, you shouldn't have to spend more than $50 or $60.

And yes, the setting in configure.php should be all you have to change.

I guess I should have read the rules and regs a little more closely

Well, I did, and I stil get that one wrong from time to time. Apparently, some of the rules are subjective.
