LittleDragon
Just wondering what everyone thinks is the better option for me. Because I'm in Australia the .com.au is the extension associated with an Australian business online, however, I was thinking to myself about the whole online business idea and I figure that to run my site off a .com.au perhaps closes off some of the market from around the world in that some people might be reluctant to purchase from an Australian site if they're in America or some other country and they see the .com.au. Anyway, I was wondering if this would be more advantageous... Register the .com.au, then register the .com and run the site off of the .com and point the .com.au at the .com. Then when I advertise here in Australia I'll use the .com.au on advertisments and they'll be redirected to the .com. Does that sound like a better solution in order to leave the doors open wider for more potential customers?
