Virtual1
I have had several people come to test my site. When they go thru the registration process, their email address is refused. This is happening with hotmail, comcast and a variety of domains. Is there a filter I can turn off? This is very annoying.
bloodshoteyes
Check in catalog/admin/configuration/minimum or maximum values. for email addresses.... I don't think it has anything to do with domain.

Virtual1
I have the minimum length of an email addy set to 6 - default. The error message says that the email address is not valid Emmett. So for example if i register using my hotmail address, [email protected], it is rejected. And i have no clue why.
Virtual1
I AM SUCH A FRICKIN KNOB!!!!! So for those who make this mistake - do NOT remove the tld file from the includes directory. I only found this out after adding the "add user in admin" contrib and got parse errors showing me what a jackass i was.
jdlev
Wow... I love you!!! This has been driving me crazy. All my emails were saying invalid email address. Damn tld file. PEOPLE DO NOT REMOVE THE TLD FILE OR YOUR CUSTOMERS EMAILS WILL COME UP WITH AN ERROR, INVALID EMAIL ADDRESS. Thanks again
