Can shipping be set for % in the table rates

Hi,

I am ready to go live and stumbled upon shipping in testing. Thru pay-pal and the old cart shipping table rates were based on a % . So every dollar effected the final shipping cost. I would like to know can I use this same shipping table/formula in os commerce.

 

The table I would like to use looks somthing like this:

 

0.01usd - 9.99usd = 62.010%usd

10.00usd - 49.99 = 22.010% usd

50.00usd - 99.99 = 16.010% usd

100.00usd - 199.00usd = 15.010%usd

200.00usd and up = 13.010%usd

 

I greatly appriciate any help
