goodbunny Posted March 8, 2004 Share Posted March 8, 2004 I've been using osCommerce without any issues for ages now (and, incidentally, am madly in love with it). However, I have suddenly started getting "Page Cannot Be Displayed" errors when I try to access the catalog or admin tool pages. I made absolutely no changes to the site prior to this error cropping up, so I am certain this is a problem with my hosting provider. At their urging, I reinstalled the entire thing from scratch- still got the errors. They insisted the problem must lie with my configuration values or something, but I used the exact same values that successfully worked before (and some others, just in case). Now they say that they don't know what the problem is, and I am stuck. So my question is: Anyone have any idea what would cause this problem? If I can't get them to pinpoint the problem, I am going to be forced to move to another host, which would be a tremendous nightmare. I greatly appreciate your assistance!
